Hi, I’m Anna – the human behind STUDIO AFE.

Based in Berlin since 2012, I work as a communication designer for creative agencies and independent clients. My background integrates an apprenticeship in Visual Merchandising and a Bachelor’s Degree in Communication Design with professional experience gained within agency environments and multidisciplinary studios. After two years of independent practice, I established STUDIO AFE in late 2025.

I thrive on the versatility of communication design and its capacity to shape diverse industries. My practice operates across slow fashion, culture, healthcare, music and art, with an increasing focus on projects driven by social purpose.

This commitment is reflected in my work as a branding teacher at ISI e. V., supporting women with migrant backgrounds in starting their own businesses, from initial orientation and development to the final launch. I am also an active member of the communications group (AK-Kommunikation) at Women in Arts and Media (WAM), a network dedicated to gender equality in the cultural sector.

From brand workshops to the creation of websites, my approach is guided by curiosity and intuition: building brands with a clear purpose while constantly exploring new visual languages. I work in Italian, German, English and Spanish, collaborating with clients in Berlin and internationally.
